Wendy is the Vice-President of Real Estate, Commercial Strategy & Innovation at TransLink. In her current capacity she is responsible for the Commercial Programs & Partnerships, Real Estate Operations, Real Estate Development and Real Estate Asset Management functional areas.

Wendy is an accomplished business professional with more than 20 years of experience in highly regulated industries, including transportation, municipal and healthcare. Wendy has developed a deep expertise in exploring and implementing innovative opportunities and leverages her business acumen and leadership expertise to harness private sector market forces to achieve multiple desired outcomes benefiting the public and community.

Jennifer Breeze

Jennifer Breeze is TransLink’s General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. She oversees the Office of the Corporate Secretary, which provides governance support to TransLink's Board of Directors, the Mayors' Council on Regional Transportation, and an independent Screening Panel mandated by legislation.

Before Jennifer was General Counsel, she worked as Associate General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at TransLink. Jennifer is an accomplished lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, including ten years of providing legal advice, guidance, and services for the TransLink enterprise.

Shezana Hassko

Shezana is a project manager and transportation engineer with over 15 years in the transportation industry and is currently leading the Engineering Division with 140 staff and overseeing a $3 billion annual capital portfolio.

She is responsible for the implementation of TransLink's multimodal mandate on cycling, walking, roads, bridges, and goods movement initiatives. Her area of focus in the field of transportation including transit facility design, infrastructure planning and design and program management.

Her inclusive and positive approach has helped establish strong relationships with TransLink’s stakeholders and partners which supports her in delivering transportation excellence to this region.

Olga Kuznetsova

Olga Kuznetsova is a senior finance professional with nearly two decades of experience in various industries. Olga spent over ten years with KPMG in Ukraine and in Canada, working in a variety of sectors, ranging from financial services, manufacturing, information, communication, technologies, to mining and utilities. After leaving audit practice, Olga held a number of progressively senior roles in finance in healthcare, with Provincial Health Care Services Authority. Since 2016, Olga worked at ICBC first as a Director, Financial Planning and Reporting, and then as Acting Corporate Controller. Olga joined TransLink team as Vice-President, Financial Services in 2020. Olga is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds an ICD.D designation with the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Kurt Pregler

As TransLink’s Chief Information Officer, Kurt is responsible for TransLink’s enterprise technology strategy, technology planning and support services, and cybersecurity. He works closely with business units to set technology direction to achieve TransLink’s business strategy.

Prior to his role as CIO, Kurt established and matured several functions at TransLink before being asked to lead the Compass Card & Fare Gate Project in 2015. In this role, he was tasked with turning the project around after lengthy delays and technical issues. Within a year, he led his team to successfully deliver Compass, one of Metro Vancouver’s largest and most complex public-facing transformation projects.

Before joining TransLink, Kurt worked as a management consultant, project delivery leader, and in operations management.

Kurt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Simon Fraser University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Royal Roads University, and postgraduate diplomas from BCIT and Royal Roads University. He holds professional designations as an Information Technology Professional (ITP), a Project Management Professional (PMP) , and Business Technology Management Fellow (FBTM). Kurt has also earned designation as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with Honours by CMC Canada.

Kurt possesses an ICD.D designation and is a board-certified Qualified Technology Expert (QTE) from the US-based Digital Directors Network. He currently serves as Chair of the E-Comm 9-1-1 Board of Directors Transformation Oversight Task Force and sits on the Metro Vancouver Crime Stoppers Board. Previously, he has served as a public appointee to the BC Ministry of Health’s Drug Benefit Council. Kurt has also been an active member of his community, serving on several community and professional associations and coaching youth soccer.
